Betty Gardner – Owner/CEO
With her previous role at a major university and background in the training and development arena, Ms. Gardner brings a special blend of skill sets that merge training, business and coaching together. Since 1985, she has been actively engaged in programming, curriculum development, training and management with responsibility for the professional development and career growth of thousands of individuals. In 2004, Ms. Gardner started ProTrain, LLC to expand on her desire to aid those who desired to better themselves either in their current role or to change career paths to achieve their goals to success.

Tony Davis – E-Learning Director
Tony has more than eight years experience offering E-Learning solutions to academic institutions. He started in offering online learning to colleges and universities in 1999 with Magellan University. From 2003 to 2007, Tony has consulted for the following companies: Academy of Learning, HVACReducation.net, Universal Technical Institute, CEU4U, ComCourse and Gatlin Education. In early 2007 he joined forces with Betty Gardner and ProTrain.
Tony's areas of expertise is finding and developing unique online courses in emerging job markets. He also is an expert at developing marketing strategies for schools on the most efficient and effective ways to sell E-Learning products.

When she approached me with the prospect of developing a CE-Turnkey solution for ProTrain I was excited at the opportunity. Since 2007 we have established over 100 partnerships and offer hundreds of unique online courses and programs currently not offered by other vendors."
